Our Chef, Rudi Meder,  conjures up inviting specialities from Bergisches Land, treats you to good home cooking and seasonal delicacies.

 

If you want to enjoy typical Bergisch cuisine, it’s better not to be a calorie counter. The traditional food is solid and substantial. Wild game specialties from the surrounding woodland are frequently on menus. Fresh fish from ponds and reservoirs, such as trout, carp, zander and pike are served in delicious dishes. There are also various regional specialties.

 

On mild summer evenings you can of course savour your meal out in our beer garden and let the day draw to a satisfying close.
